1. Delivery time
The delivery times for standard shipments in Germany are 48 hours, to the European Union 7 working days and to countries outside the European Union 14 working days.
These delivery times apply to orders received before 12 noon (CET).
The delivery times promised for shipments abroad are subject to prompt customs clearance in the receiving country. Force majeure or operational disruptions at the seller or its suppliers, such as riots, strikes or lockouts, which temporarily prevent the seller from delivering the purchased item within the deadlines specified in sections 3.1 and 3.2 through no fault of its own, will change these deadlines by the duration of the disruptions caused by these circumstances.
Freight forwarding items
Some items will be shipped as freight due to their size or weight. We will contact you regarding delivery time.
2. Logistics partner
We will pack the ordered items as quickly as possible and hand them over to our logistics partners DHL or UPS ready for dispatch. Please note that we have no influence on delays caused by DHL/UPS.
3. Shipment tracking
Using your parcel identification number/shipment number, you can also find out the current shipment status of your parcel at any time at https://www.dhl.de/ or https://www.ups.com/de/. You will receive further information on shipment tracking in your delivery confirmation by email or from our customer service over the phone.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping lighters abroad is only possible with increased shipping costs. If, for technical or logistical reasons, shipping takes place in several stages, we will of course only charge the shipping costs once.
5. General delivery conditions
Unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation, delivery is agreed "ex works Mannheim, Germany". Delivery is always at the recipient's risk and expense. Unless otherwise agreed, the method of transport remains at our discretion. The relevant import duties must be borne by the customer.
